Member Gail Strong and her husband Bill hosted a fishy fry for Chapin Women in Service at thir home on October 27, 2022. It was an excellent opportunity to socialize outdoors, feast on fish that Bill caught from Lake Murray.

When Timberlake Country Club asked for volunteers to help with the pro Lady Golf Tournament that they were hosting on October 3rd, 2022, to raise money for Breast Cancer, Chapin Women in Service members happily agreed to help this worthy cause.

Chapin Women in Service is different from other womens groups because the recipients of our service and fundraising efforts remain in the Chapin area. While other womens organizations engage in state, regional, national, and even international involvement.

Chapin Women in Service organized an "Exercise for a Cause" event early this summer. The Saturday morning exercise class was under the direction of CWS member Angi Duckworth of Duckworth Fitness.

Chapin Women in Service Home and Garden tourn was a great success. Over 110 people purchased tickets to tour five homes in the Amick’s Ferry Road area on May 15, 2022. After touring the homes' inside and outside living areas, guest were invited to an enjoyed finger foods and homemade desserts.

Chapin Women in Service will be hosting a Home and Garden Tour on May 15, 2022. What a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon finding inspiration from visiting beautiful home spruced up for spring!

Members of CWS showed their hearts for service by decorating and personalizing a total of 96 Valentine cards for residents of Generations in Chapin.

In November, we were pleased to present a "Thankful and Grateful" basket to Dr. Bonnet's pediatric office. Dr. Bonnet has offered exemplary service and kindness to our community, especially during the pandemic.
